At Tokyo Electron, a major international manufacturer of semiconductors with an office space in Billerica Massachusetts, we installed upwards of one hundred thousand combined feet of carpet and flooring of all types. For laboratory areas we used a new bio-based tile from Armstrong that is made from corn polymer, for their bistro we used a luxury vinyl tile product from eco-surfaces, the gymnasium consisted of rolled rubber flooring, and the main areas, conference rooms, lobby, entrance vestibules and individual offices included 12 different types of post-consumer modular carpet from Interface, Shaw Contract and Milliken arraigned in various layouts and patterns.
